Salt Lake Intl Airport is less than a 1.5 hour dependable flight from SFO (check out the new ski carousels!)
Lyft/Uber/taxi is a beautiful 30 minute drive to Park City, expect to pay around $80 (Lyft seems slightly more dependable than Uber)
We have used a great driver, Joe, he has cars of all sized including Teslas, and is well-priced.

Park City is very walkable!
For those staying in hotels, most have frequent free shuttles to and from Main Street. They may have some good ideas for getting to and from Promontory.
Promontory is an amenity community with 3 golf courses and clubhouses, restaurants, pools, spas, beach, tennis, pickleball, fishing, etc. etc. Let us know if you want to take a look around before or after Saturday.

While there are a few quirks in Utah liquor laws, it’s not as different as most destinations. For package goods, there is a State Liquor store located just off Main Street, and on campus in Promontory.
